Titles from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, CQ9, JDB and Spadegaming sit inside a single casino lobby you can reach through your account after login — no extra app needed. Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits in eligible regions across the Philippines.
The casino lobby is split into clear categories: slot rooms carrying titles from PG Soft and CQ9, live dealer sections where Pragmatic Play and JDB power the table streams, and local-flavour games including Tongits Pro and Bingo Bonanza. Spadegaming adds fishing games and crash-style rounds. If you enjoy watching PBA and NBA games before placing a bet, the sportsbook tab sits beside the casino in the same navigation rail — no separate login. RTP figures are shown only on the game screen where the studio exposes them; we do not publish figures the provider has not confirmed. The current state of your active session, including any limits you have set, is visible in your account dashboard after login.
Every title in the lobby comes directly from PG Soft, CQ9, JDB, Spadegaming or Pragmatic Play. We do not host unverified or modified game files. The studio name and version are visible on the game-info screen before you open a round.
Return-to-player figures are shown only when the game provider exposes them in the title itself. We do not invent or inflate percentages. If a figure does not appear on the game screen, it has not been published by that studio for that title.
Your session limit settings, cooling-off options and account policy routes are visible in the dashboard before any deposit prompt. We surface these controls up front so you are never prompted to deposit without first seeing your current position.
Casino access depends on local law and eligible regions. We do not claim a specific regulator or licence number we cannot verify. Where access is restricted under local law, those markets are blocked at the account level.
The casino gives you two distinct formats under one login. Live dealer suits you when you want a real-time stream and a dealer calling the cards or roulette spin. Self-paced slots and crash games suit you when you want to set your own tempo and pause whenever you like. Neither format requires switching accounts — the format toggle is in the lobby navigation bar.
Real-time video streams with a live dealer, suited for baccarat, roulette and blackjack rounds. Bet decisions happen inside a countdown timer on screen. Pragmatic Play and JDB power these streams; table limits are shown on the lobby thumbnail before you join.
Spin at your own pace across PG Soft, CQ9 and Spadegaming titles. Game rounds do not depend on a live stream or dealer schedule. Bonus rounds and prize mechanics are built into each title; check the in-game paytable for the specific rules.
Tongits Pro is a digital card table built around the local game format Filipinos already know. Rounds are self-paced and the rules follow the standard local variant. Account balance is used directly; no separate chip purchase is needed before sitting down.
Bingo Bonanza runs on a ticket-draw format with auto-daub, so you can hold multiple cards without missing a call. Aviator Mobile Play is a crash-style round where you choose when to cash out before the multiplier stops. Both are found under the Crash and Bingo tabs in the lobby.
PG Soft and Pragmatic Play live tables are both built for portrait and landscape mode, so the table layout adjusts to whichever way you hold your phone. Bingo Bonanza's auto-daub feature matters most on mobile — you can follow multiple cards on a small screen without tapping each number. Tongits Pro card handling uses swipe gestures rather than mouse clicks, which makes rounds feel natural on a touchscreen. If you switch from your phone mid-session to a desktop browser, your balance and any active round state carry across automatically because the session is tied to your account, not to a device. The lobby category tabs remain pinned at the bottom of the screen on mobile so you can move between slots, live tables and bingo without scrolling back to the top.
A chat widget sits in the casino lobby so you can raise a question about a specific table or slot title without leaving the game page. Describe the game name and the round number shown in the game footer to help the support team locate the session quickly.
If a game round does not settle as expected, open your account dashboard and check the transaction history tab. Unsettled rounds appear with a pending status. Policy routes for disputes are linked directly from that transaction row, not buried in a separate help section.
For game-outcome disputes or studio-related issues, email support carries a reference number tied to your account. Include the game title, studio name and the timestamp of the round. Pragmatic Play and JDB titles have specific round IDs visible in the game history tab inside the lobby.
A bonus round is a secondary game mechanic triggered by specific reel combinations in a slot title. It typically offers a different pay structure or multiplier path from the base game. The rules are defined by the studio and shown in the in-game paytable.
RTP stands for return-to-player and expresses the theoretical percentage of total wagers a game pays back over many rounds. It is a long-run statistical measure, not a per-session guarantee. Studios publish it per title; we show it only where the provider has confirmed the figure.
A crash game is a round-based format where a multiplier climbs from 1x upward until it stops at a random point. You choose when to collect before the stop. Aviator Mobile Play in our lobby uses this mechanic; the stop point is determined by a provably fair algorithm.
A live dealer table streams a real person dealing cards or spinning a roulette wheel via video. Your bet is placed on-screen during a countdown window. The outcome is determined by the physical action on the stream, not by a random-number generator.
Auto-daub is a feature that automatically marks called numbers on your bingo cards as they are drawn. In Bingo Bonanza, it lets you hold several cards at once without manually tracking each number, reducing the chance of missing a valid winning line.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed. It typically involves submitting a government-issued ID. The documents required and the submission route are shown in your account verification section after login.
These are the questions we see most often from returning players using the casino lobby. If your question is not covered here, the in-lobby chat or your account dashboard transaction history is where you will find the most accurate, account-specific answer.
The casino lobby carries titles from PG Soft, CQ9, JDB, Spadegaming and Pragmatic Play. Each title shows the studio name on its lobby thumbnail. We do not carry titles from studios outside this list, and we do not modify game files supplied by these providers.
Yes. Both titles are inside the same casino lobby and use your single account balance. Switch between them using the category tabs at the top of the lobby. No separate registration or chip purchase is needed for either title — your wallet carries across.
Open your account dashboard after login and go to the transaction history tab. Each settled round shows the game title, studio, timestamp and outcome amount. For Pragmatic Play and JDB live tables, the round ID is also shown there, which you can provide to support if needed.
Yes. Your bingo987 account covers both the casino lobby and the sportsbook. If you follow PBA or NBA games and want to place a bet before switching to a slot session, the navigation tab moves you between sections without a new login. Balance is shared.
Session limit options and cooling-off controls are visible in your account dashboard before the deposit prompt appears. We surface these settings up front. The current state of any limit you have set is always shown in the dashboard after login — not hidden inside a sub-menu.
Casino access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits in eligible regions. We do not claim a specific regulatory authority. If your region restricts access, the restriction is applied at the account level when you attempt to open the lobby.
